Is there a minimum number of transfers?

No minimum. We work with any hotel, villa company or business with regular transfers, and your rates improve as your volume grows.

How do invoicing and payment work?

Everything booked during the month is collected on one invoice with a full breakdown, settled with a single payment. Card links and prepaid balance are also available.

What happens if our guest's flight is delayed?

We track the flight; the driver comes for the new landing time and we do not charge for that waiting.

Child seats, extra stops, meet and greet?

Just add it to the booking note. Child and infant seats and boosters are free, extra stops are priced in advance, and the name board is standard.

Do you run staff shuttles or scheduled transport?

Yes. For regular routes and shift times we prepare a separate monthly rate.
